As the State Coordinator for the FL-APCO Telecommunicator Emergency Response Taskforce Team (FL-TERT) since 2007, she has the privilege of working with one of the best TERT Teams in the nation. She coordinates our deployment process with the State, which has resulted in successful outcomes in assisting our sister 911 centers in FL and other neighboring States.
A CISM/Peer Support Team Lead for MDFR, she continues to work to support our emergency responders.
A graduate of the Certified Public-Safety Executive Program (2017) through APCO International, Natalia has proven to be a leader in our 911 industry and continues to make a difference.
Outside of her professional life, Natalia is the proud mother of two Marine Veterans and the grandmother of six. She enjoys traveling, training, and meeting many of her brothers and sisters in public safety.

My name is Christine Wade and am now retired from the Orange County Sheriff Office after a long career in Communications. I now live on the Space Coast and continue my contributions to the Fl-TERT Program. I was a former Regional Coordinator and now hold the role of Data Coordinator. Michael Campbell is a highly decorated Communications Center Manager at the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office (JSO) with over 10 years of experience. Since May 2022, Michael has led the training of over 175 new PSTs, ensuring they are prepared to transition from classroom learning to on-the-job training. His communication skills and patience have allowed him to help reduce the number of vacancies at the JSO.
